Seems like the result for semester 1, 2012/2013 will be announced soon.
So, here are the steps you can use for checking it.
1. Via Website
- Simply login into the IIUM Student Portal, go to MyAcademic, under the Academic Services, click Result Slip
- If this first step did not function well, you can use another 3 alternative links :Server 1 :http://prereg.iium.edu.my/resslip/res_slip.php

2. Via SMS
Step 1: Select "Write Messages"
Step 2: Enter IIUM<space>RESULT<space>Matric No<space>SMS PIN<space>Session <space>Semester
e.g. IIUM RESULT 0010056 abc1234 2009/2010 2
Step 3 : "Send" the message to the following number
Step 4: You will receive a reply message that contain these information :
(
IIUM : [GPA],[CGPA],[STATUS],[Course Code][Result]; )
IIUM: GPA:2.923 CGPA:2.923 STATUS:PASS;COMM1010 B;HIST1000 C ;LM2020 C; PSCI1010 A-;RKGS2010 B;
***Note that you need to activate the SMS service at the student portal (please log in). Please click here for the manual.***
3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXAMINATION RESULTS THROUGH EMAIL
Effective Semester 1,
2011/2012, all students may receive and view their
results through the official UNIVERSITY email.
Kindly go to MyIIUM -> My personal -> Contact
Information.
Those who have problem with email setting, kindly
follow the procedure below;
IIUM Live@edu
1. Go to http://www.live.com
2. Login using: your username and password
3. Temporary password is iium <ic_number> or <passport_number> iium (without dash or spaces).
4. You are now ready to use official IIUM student email account.
Students who have problem with UNIVERSITY email password, please refer to ICT Customer Service Unit (ICervU), ITD.
